ABOUT THE TOUR

This incredible cave kayaking tour begins near St. Herman’s Blue Hole National Park on the Hummingbird Highway and exits at Nohoch Che’en Archaeological Reserve (Jaguar Paw). The experience starts with a scenic 25-minute drive through an orange orchard to the drop-in point. The trip across the fruit farm offers striking views, with high chances of spotting various birds and wildlife such as coatimundi and peccaries.

As you navigate the emerald green waters on our 7 miles cave kayaking adventure, you will pass through five different caves. Each chamber is adorned with breathtaking crystallized formations, creating a varied and exciting experience. The kayak ride is colorful and serene, allowing you to immerse yourself in the lush greenery as you transition between caves.

During our journey, we will stop for a relaxing lunch between caves 2 and 3, where you can soak in the magnificent mountain views and the cave entrance. This pause also provides an opportunity to swim in the clear waters of the stunning river. Once we conclude our cave kayaking experience, we will take a final 40-minute drive back to our starting point.
